Hopi state of emergency issued

KYKOTSMOVI — Hopi Tribal Chairman LeRoy Shingoitewa issued an executive order Monday declaring a state of emergency for the First Mesa Consolidated Villages of Walpi, Sichomovi and Tewa, and the community of Polacca after a water pump failed.
